I had an excellent experience with Van Amstel Diamond. Everything worked out perfectly from start to finish. Tim is a true professional — patient, attentive to every detail, and great at communication. He kept me updated at every step of the process: from choosing my own stone and ring setting to virtual design and to the final product. He even showed me detailed videos of the stone, the certification, and finally a video of the finished ring. The whole process went very smoothly, and the result is absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier — I highly recommend Tim and Van Amstel Diamond!

My Wife and I designed our engagement & wedding rings with Van Amstel Diamond & (with Tim & Frank). We were able to visit Frank in his atelier where he was delighted to share his knowledge with us.
The process was very smooth, we came in with some ideas, which Frank was then able to render in 3D before we had to commit to anything, he helped us pick the diamond while being very transparent about all the costs which really made us feel comfortable. Once we got the rings we were super impressed with the craftmanship and quality of the end result, they were stunning!!

So happy and amazed to receive my ring! Took about 1.5 months from start to finish and there were some minor hiccups in communication, but Tim was mostly prompt in responding to emails. Frank, the goldsmith, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose pickup so he could explain the diamonds and even show me the GIA inscriptions. Overall, a great experience with a stunning result!

P.S. my stones are elongated cushion crushed ice and pear brilliant.
